Why Drink Fresh Juice?

We all know how important it is to include fruits and vegetables in our diet. Although it’s understandable that many people find it easier to include it in their diet through other methods. Consuming fruits and vegetables as juice is a great option to intake your vitamins and minerals.

Drinking fresh juice made from fruits and vegetables offers many benefits. Many people opt to drink fresh juice as a source of their daily vitamins and minerals intake. It’s a good alternative for people that prefer to have their fruits and vegetables in liquid form. 

Vitamins and Minerals

One of the main reasons why drinking fresh juice is beneficial is because it helps you receive a good amount of vitamins and minerals. Each fruit and vegetable contains a good amount of vitamins and minerals which are good for your health. Fruits have vitamins and minerals that many people don’t get a lot of. Some of those are potassium, fiber, and vitamins A and C. Vegetables also contain dietary fiber, iron, and folate.

Something easy, that everyone can do is mango and cherry. There’s no guideline as to which fruits and vegetables you can use, make the fresh juice to your liking.

No Added Sugar

While some people may add sugar to their fresh juice, sometimes it's best to consume the sugar which already comes from fruits. Part of why we think drinking fresh juice is healthy for you is because you don’t have to add more sugar. The freshly squeezed fruits provide natural sugar, otherwise known as fructose. The nutritional value of added sugar does not benefit you in the long run.
